Approved 7 October 2026. These terms apply to partners who introduce customers to BlueMonkeyAI. The terms for using the service itself are here.
These terms are between Bizitel Limited, registered in England & Wales, company number 06449529, registered office Lilywood, Longage Hill, Rhodes Minnis, CT4 6XT, United Kingdom, VAT registration number GB929960082, trading as BlueMonkeyAI ("we", "us") — and the person or business whose application we have approved ("you", "the partner").
They take effect when we tell you your application is approved, and they replace anything said before that.
You introduce businesses to BlueMonkeyAI using the referral link and QR code we give you. How you do that is up to you, within §8.
You are not our agent, employee or representative. You cannot enter into anything on our behalf, quote prices other than our published ones, or describe the service in terms we have not published. Nothing here creates a partnership, joint venture or employment relationship.
You are responsible for your own tax on what we pay you. We do not deduct tax from commission, and we are not able to advise you on it.
A customer who signs up through your link gets 50% off their first month. That discount is applied automatically at checkout and comes out of our revenue, not your commission.
A customer who leaves in month three and returns in month nine resumes the same 24-month window. We do not restart it, and nobody can cause it to be restarted.
Commission may be paid on our behalf by a company in our group, such as Kamba Communications in Zimbabwe. A payment made that way counts as a payment from us.
If you are registered for VAT in the United Kingdom, your commission is paid plus VAT at the standard rate and your statement is issued as a self-billed invoice showing both VAT numbers. You must have signed our self-billing agreement for this to apply, and you must tell us promptly if your VAT registration changes.
If you are not registered for VAT in the UK, or you are outside the UK, commission is paid with no VAT added.
You get one statement per payout, on screen and as a CSV, listing every line it settles: the customer, the subscription it was earned on, and your 10%. Statements are available in your partner portal.
We will correct a statement if it is wrong. Tell us within 60 days of it being issued; after that we may decline to revisit it, though we will usually look.
If a customer is refunded, or charges back a payment, for a month on which we have accrued commission to you, that commission is reversed in proportion to the amount refunded. It appears as a negative line on a later statement.
If a reversal takes your balance below zero, the shortfall carries forward against future commission. We will not ask you to repay it in cash, and if you stop being a partner with a negative balance we write it off rather than pursue it.
Commission is not payable on a business you own, control, are employed by, or are otherwise connected to, nor on one introduced by arrangement with you for that purpose.
We check for this — on the email address, the business name, the payment card, the billing address, and where the signup came from — and a match pauses the payout on that introduction while a person reviews it. A pause is not an accusation: partners do genuinely share an address or a name with a business they introduced, and if we clear it you are paid for the months it was paused. Commission continues to accrue throughout.
If more than ten new referred customers arrive from you in a calendar month, we pause your payout until a person has looked at them. It is a limit on money leaving without being read, not a limit on how many customers you may introduce — nothing stops the signups, and nothing is lost.
You may not: bid on our name or our brand in paid search; register or use a domain, social account or trading name that could be mistaken for ours; present yourself as us; send unsolicited bulk email or messages; make claims about the service we have not published; or offer any inducement to sign up that we have not agreed in writing.
We may suspend you for any of these, which pauses your payout. Your existing customers keep their discount and their service, and your accrued commission is still paid once the matter is resolved.
Notices between us are by email, to the address on your application and to hello@bluemonkeyai.com.
Anything we tell you about our customers, our prices beyond those we publish, or our plans is confidential. In particular, the only thing your partner portal shows you about a customer is their business name and when they joined — and that is not yours to pass on.
You see one thing about each customer you introduce: their business name, and the month they joined. That is the whole of it. You do not see — and we will not give you — anything a caller said, any recording or transcript, any message or booking, any contact detail, any phone number, or what the customer pays us.
Keep what you do see to yourself. The fact that a particular business is our customer is confidential. Do not publish it, do not use it in a case study or a testimonial, and do not pass it to anyone else, without that customer's permission and ours.
You are not a controller of anything we hold. We decide what customer and caller data we collect and why, and we are the controller of it. You are not a controller or a processor of it, you have no access to it, and nothing in these terms gives you any. If you ever receive something from us that looks like customer or caller data, tell us and delete it.
Your own data. We hold what you gave us when you applied, what you earn, and what we paid you — because we have to, in order to pay you and to keep our books. Our privacy notice at bluemonkeyai.com/privacy.html explains your rights over it.
Our liability to you under these terms is limited to the commission due to you under them. We are not liable for anything beyond that — not for profit you expected to make, not for business you did not win, and not for a customer cancelling, being refunded, or never paying us.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that the law does not allow to be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
